Due to the nature of the Real Ice Slide, unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible. All of our other pre-bookable attractions are accessible and our shows (Megadome) are fitted with Hearing Loops. When booking tickets for these attractions it would help us to know of any access requirements in advance. This will allow us to provide the correct facilities for our visitors. We may not be able to best deal with any requests that are not arranged in advance.
Some of the attractions are limited to the amount of wheelchair users that can be accommodated at any one time.
Please note that Hyde Park Winter Wonderland can include flashing lights, flash photography and music throughout the event.
