When will I receive my tickets?
If your invoice has been cleared you will receive your ticket 2 weeks before the event starts.
Will the lead contact receive all the tickets for the entire group?
Yes, your lead contact will receive all the tickets for the group and distribute them accordingly.
Are the tickets physical or digital?
All Winter Wonderland Entry tickets are digital.
What happens if I’m running late?
In your hospitality package you have an anytime entry ticket so please do not worry if you’re running late.
What time do I need to arrive?
You can arrive anytime from 10 am when Winter Wonderland opens. Your hospitality booking will either be in the afternoon (1-5 pm) or evening (6-10 pm).
Is there a specific entrance I need to come in from?
This will depend on what package you have purchased. Instructions on your gate will be included in the welcome letter we will send you.
Will a member of staff meet us at the entrance?
No, you will have digital entry tickets, so just make your way into Winter Wonderland. Should there be any issues, please ring the number for your customer service representative which will be on your welcome letter.
Where do I go once I’ve entered the event?
As this is dependent on your purchased package, please refer to the welcome letter sent prior to your arrival which will include detailed instructions on where you should go.
How long can I stay at Winter Wonderland?
You are welcome to stay until the park closes at 10pm! Please note that all bars close at 9:45pm.
Is there re-entry to the event?
Once you have entered the event, you will not be able to leave and return on the same entry ticket.
How will I know which table I’m sitting on?
Please head to the welcome desk at the Bavarian Hall and provide your company or group name. You’ll then be shown to your table!
What dietary requirements do you cater for?
We cater for all requirements, both packages contain a variety of options (eg. vegan, gluten-free etc)
Can I purchase food and drink that does not come with my package?
Yes of course! You are more than welcome to purchase any additional food and drink at your own expense.
Can I add more ride and attraction tickets to my group package prior to the event?
Yes, upon booking your group into our hospitality packages, they can add additional rides, and attractions to your package.
Where do I pick up my ride and attraction tokens from?
Upon arrival, any additional tickets will be provided to you by a member of our team, and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Can I add fast track to my package?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a fast track service with our group packages.
Is there parking onsite?
For those who travel by car, Q-Park is a large and secure car park fitted with extensive CCTV systems and manned 24/7 by parking hosts who conduct regular patrols. It has entrances at Park Lane and Marble Arch, ideal for visitors to Winter Wonderland. What happens if I need to cancel?
Unfortunately, as per our Terms and Conditions you agree to in the final stage of booking, tickets are non-refundable once payment has been made. As such, we will not be able to cancel your booking and issue you a refund. You are welcome to give the tickets to a friend or family member as a gift.
