At busy times there can be queues to get into the event. Our security and operations team continually monitor any queues to ensure that guests are getting into the event as quickly as possible.
Where possible, we would suggest attending earlier in the day or during the week when the event is generally quieter.
We understand that not all visitors will be able to attend at these times, so if you are visiting in the evening, weekend or during the festive period, make sure you have your tickets downloaded on arrival, and are not bringing in any prohibited items or large bags that could slow down security checks.
Only handbags or small rucksacks will be permitted into the event. If you do have a larger bag or suitcase you will need to check this into nearby left luggage facility
