At busy times there can be queues at some of our attractions. Most of our attractions have set session times. Your tickets will only be valid for the time your have purchased so make sure you allow enough time to get to the attraction.
The Giant Wheel – Time slots are every hour, on the hour, at the Giant Wheel. We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your time slot. Fast track is also available if you want to skip the queue.
Magical Ice Kingdom - There are no time slots for the Magical Ice Kingdom, you will be able to attend at any point during your visit.
Ice Rink - Sessions start every hour, on the hour, and last 45 minutes. You will only be able to attend the session that you have booked for. Make sure to arrive 20 minutes before your session starts to allow enough time to get your tickets scanned, ice skates on, and belongings put away.
Bar Ice – There are set session times for Bar Ice and due to the nature of this attraction there are not often large queues to enter. Make sure to arrive before you entry slot to allow time to get your coats and gloves put on.
Ice Sculpting Workshop – The workshops are at set times. Due to the nature of the attraction, there are rarely any queues here. Make sure to arrive early to allow enough time to set up.
Gandeys K-Pop Dragon Circus – The shows are at set times. We recommend arriving 20 minutes before the show to allow enough time to find a seat and get settled
The Real Ice Slide – The slide has sessions every hour, on the hour. There can often be queues at busy times, so make sure to allow enough time to enjoy this attraction. Like our rides, the queue for the slide may close early to allow us to be able to accommodate everyone in the queue.
