Our event staff and stewards are stationed throughout the site to help all our guests.
The team in yellow are our Security; they are here to keep you safe. The team in orange are our stewards; they are here to help with any questions you may have.
We also have Information points located at each of our entrances where you can find our customer service team. If you have any ticketing queries, feedback, questions, lost or found an item, head here and they’ll be able to help.
First aid and medical teams are on site throughout the event and are located on our MAP. If you or someone else needs medical attention, notify any member of staff and they will direct you to the appropriate support.
We also have dedicated access champions at the event. If you'd like to speak with them, head to one of our information points, or call them on their dedicated phone number found on our access guide.
