All our entrances are accessible and step free using the park’s own tarmacked paths. Once you are in the event you will find that event area is covered entirely in temporary trackway.
There is no specific Accessible entrance although we would advise using the Red Gate (Family entrance at the North of the site) as this tends to be quieter than our other gates.
Green, Gold, Blue and Red gate have a signposted accessible queuing lane for entry. Please speak with a member of the team who will be able to assist.
The Blue Gate or Green Gate are closest to Green Park station that has step-free access. Please note Blue Gate and Red Gate, near Hyde Park Corner and Gold Gate at Marble Arch can get very busy at peak times.
Please note that there are bag searches in operation at all of our entrances, and that Hyde Park Winter Wonderland can include flashing lights, flash photography and music throughout the event.
