At Entry - There are accessible entrance lanes at all entry gates: Green, Gold, Red and Blue gates. Red Gate, at the north of the site, is our Family entrance which is typically quieter than our other entrances.
At Attractions - there may be a queue jump symbol if fast track is available at this attraction. However, we would always advise speaking to the attraction manager who will do their best to assist.
At Rides - unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate separate queue lines on the majority of our rides at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland as this is a temporary event site. Please note that we are therefore not able to offer any fast track options. Please do speak to individual ride operators or our Customer Service Access team when you arrive at the event if you experience any difficulties during your visit.
