Are assistance dogs allowed inside Hyde Park Winter Wonderland?
All dogs are permitted into Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. Dogs must be on a lead, controlled at all times and adhere to any legal requirements for that breed. All owners must pick up after their dog
Dogs are not permitted into any attractions, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Please note that the event can be very busy and noisy and therefore may not be a suitable environment for dogs
No other animals, or assistance animals are permitted on site
Is there a spend area at the event?
Whilst we do not have a dedicated spend area inside of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, we would advise guests to head to the nearest exit and speak to a member of our security or stewarding team. Re-entry into the event isn’t usually permitted, however if your assistance dog needs to go to the toilet, the team will be able to guide you and your assistance dog outside of the event into Hyde Park, and redirect you back into the event.

Are assistance dogs allowed at Attractions and Rides?
Ice Rink – Assistance dogs are not permitted on the ice, however the Ice Rink has a viewing platform which is accessible to the public and is recommended for guests who cannot go on the ice with their group.
Circus – Assistance dogs are permitted into the circus. Please note that some circus shows include loud noises, flashing lights, fire and motorcycles and could create an unpleasant environment for assistance dogs.
Bar Ice - Assistance dogs are permitted in Bar Ice. Bar Ice is kept very cold with the temperature set at round -10°c, and we advise guests to use their discretion as to whether this is a suitable environment for their assistance dog. In some cases the low temperature has caused dogs to lose control of bodily functions shortly after entering into Bar Ice.
Magical Ice Kingdom - Assistance dogs are permitted into the Magical Ice Kingdom. This is kept very cold with the temperature set at round -10°c, and we advise guests to use their discretion as to whether this is a suitable environment for their assistance dog. In some cases the low temperature has caused dogs to lose control of bodily functions shortly after entering into Magical Ice Kingdom.
Giant Wheel - Assistance dogs are permitted on the Giant Wheel. We would recommend calling one of the Accessibility Champions before queuing up to assist with boarding. Rides - Assistance dogs are not permitted on any rides at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.
