Guests who require assistance to attend our event, can book a free Essential Companion ticket online if they hold an Access Card or Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Digital Access Pass with a +1 or +2 symbol.
If you have a Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Digital Access Pass from a previous event, you can use this again. Digital Access Passes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

If you don't already have an Access Card or Digital Access Pass for our event, our partners at Nimbus offer a FREE Digital Access Pass application. Once approved, you'll be able to book an Essential Companion ticket online.
